should be concerned for the direction we are being led.
We have thousands of illiterate people coming into our country across our southern border who barely, if at all, speak our language, bringing with them illnesses that we had eliminated many years ago. Many more coming in the front door from the middle east with who knows what illnesses and desires.  All designed to overwhelm our systems from health to legal and all in between, to change the very base of our country.

We have had a health crisis foisted upon us most all healthcare workers can see that something isn't right with the way it was and is being handled. Causing thousands of deaths, thousands of business failures and no telling how many serious secondary health issues from the side effects of the "cure" which hasn't been found yet, and more problems to come from the fallout of even more illegal mandates.

We have caused a whole other country to fall into the hands of a terrorist dictatorship and gave them the best military equipment on the planet to use against anyone they want to engage in war, while leaving some of our citizens there to be hunted down and killed. Showing the rest of the world we can't be trusted.

It's hard to understand that of the 330 million people in this country we couldn't find a hundred or so who really are sincere in wanting what is best for the country, to step up to the plate and run this Government instead of a bunch of communist that want to tear it down. I fear we have passed the point of no return and that saddens me, I used to be proud of being a citizen of America, but not so much anymore. We are on the slippery slope to becoming just another third world communist country, Thank You George Soros I hope this makes you and your ilk very happy.

   Well It's over and is just what I predicted.

                                    The fix was in. 

        Our election process has been compromised.

It's been apparent to me for several years that elections were not turning out the way it appeared they should but nothing was flagrant enough to draw serious concern until 2020 when I and a lot of people saw things that stood out like a soar thumb.

Just for clarity, I am not a Republican and have not voted that way. I'm an Independent and vote for the person who makes me believe his plan is best for the majority, and was Democrat until a little after JFK, when I lost interest in politics all together for a few years.

Now to what this post is about !  Mail in voting !  The Democrats want to expand it but wise people know better and are fighting against it. California just showed us how wrong it would be. 

If you get your news from channels other than Fox you probably didn't see this interview the day of the voting and I don't think it was shown but once. It seems as though a woman in a community in southern Cal had went to the polls to vote in person just to find out that she was listed as already voted. She spoke with several other people milling around the area and found they had the same situation. However they were all given a new card to vote with and was advised everything would be corrected, strange you say ?

 Since California sent out mail in ballots to all registered voters in the state it begs the question "How Did This Happen"?  I will attempt to give you my explanation.

The only explanation I can conceive is someone got ahold of some of the voter rolls and filled out ballots of voters they felt would not go to the polls and therefor not be aware of the double ballet or maybe not vote at all but would have a vote cast in their name anyway. The double ballet would be rejected in the machine so only the first ballet arriving at the polls would be counted and since California started counting the ballets early, this gave someone a great opportunity to rig the vote. This has been going on for years and if it's not corrected before next year the mid term election will be a farce, as will 2024.

As I write this  there is a news article from the Public Interest Legal Foundation, stating that an audit of data from U.S. Election Assistance Commission, that

 almost 15 million mail in ballots disappeared in the 2020 election     The data also shows that another 1.1 million ballets went to the wrong address.

Analysis of voter rolls in 42 states show that 38,000 people registered twice and nearly 350,000 deceased voters were still registered---thousands of these were credited by the states as having voted after they were dead.

There is a lot going on in America right now and any sane person, disregarding political affiliation, should be able to see there needs to be some changes with how are governing body is elected and better vetting of would be representatives of the people needs to be implemented or we will lose to the very ilk that our forefathers risked their all to separate us from.

The Cost of Complacency !

 

 While watching the programs about 9/11    

and seeing all the pain and destruction that caused us to spend the next 20 years spilling blood and spending billions of dollars to try to rehabilitate a country that really didn't want us there, just to give it back and arm the very same people who were killing us, with the best armaments we have to offer and walk away in shame leaving our citizens and others that helped us, to fend for themselves in the face of torture and death. How can we not take the people that caused this current debacle to task.

We have given these terrorists who no only fighting and waging war for financial gain and power,  a whole country to work from with an air base and all the armaments they need plus some leaders from "Gitmo" that have plenty of incentive to repay us. Include in that some of our enemies that are more than happy to help them in anything they can conceive, and we have a problem that I feel will manifest itself in the form of strikes here in the states that will show how really vulnerable we are.  BE PREPARED !

The sad thing is it didn't have to be, and most of the intelligent people in this country know this. Democrat, Republican, Independent, makes no difference. Listen to your conscience !

            Complacency has helped them get us here. 

The ones in charge of running this country don't seem to have even the common sense, let alone intelligence, that's needed to run a country, with so many blatantly poor decisions it seems, GOD forbid, they have a different agenda.

When taking a closer look one can almost see that this whole current situation has been in planning for years and was just put into play with the pandemic and is meant to end with the total destruction of the USA.

As patriates, can we let the very people who instituted this "Aiding and Abetting the enemy", go without paying for this treasonous act?  Along with the border fiasco, trashing the economy and illegal "vaccine" mandates, someone has to stop them very soon or we are all doomed.

  

Real Concern !

 

I know that there are a lot of the younger generation that have been brain washed and this probably won't get through to them.

                                     BUT,  

Thanks to the current administration's blunders, whether on purpose or accidental, we are now on the brink of disaster !

We literally just armed our enemy with our best weaponry plus gave them a country to operate from in almost complete anonymity and letting China and Russia supply the leaders [the ones we tortured in Gitmo] with everything they need to wage war against us. No one in their right mind could believe they won't take advantage of this and our President and a few of his minions made this happen and should be arrested and charged with treason.

 The Communists have taken over our learning institutions and brainwashed our latest generation to believe America is bad and needs to be changed and they are now working to do just that. The powers that be have control of at least half of congress and the majority of the Judiciary so that the rest of us can't even get fair hearings of our grievances and all anyone is saying is we should wait until midterms and vote some of them out, but I don't think they'll even get the California Governor voted out, and that should be a slam dunk. I think we're doomed.

Add to that, we have alienated all of our allies so that we will have to take them on by ourselves. I feel we will be crushed and we did it to ourselves.  GOD help us !

Stopping the CRIME !

It's been known since the beginning, yet the liberals in our society just can't stop trying other softer tactics. 

Even lowly animals understand the concept and they all use it to teach their young.

And make no mistake, we are dealing with animals. They have no compassion for others, they only care about themselves. No matter why that is, they will continue breaking laws until we change the rules.

Make the pain of the punishment worse than the pleasure of the crime and they will stop doing the crime. 👍

   👉     An old saying among criminals was, "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime" and believe me, with enough officers on the streets in high crime areas, doing good police work, they can make a big difference.

Join that with a legal system having their backs and prosecuting the criminal element, the streets will change. 👮

It's up to us whether we have safe streets or Dodge City before Wyatt Earp. I choose the safe streets !

I Told You So !

 I hate to be an "I Told You So" but,

Back in April of last year I posted about the outcome of the Chauvin trial and now it's almost over.

An officer doing his duty is now going to serve 22 years in prison, if he lives that long inside, and that's just on one charge. There may be more time added after the other 3 officers have their day in court.

For what ?  Because he spent to much time applying a suppression hold to calm a suspect to keep him from harming himself or others. Understand I don't condone what he did ! He spent to long on Mr. Floyd's back and mishandled the whole situation in my opinion but, that didn't kill Mr. Floyd, the large amount of drugs consumed just before arrest to keep from being charged with possession, and resisting arrest killed Mr. Floyd.

In a more perfect world the officers would have realized that the suspect was suffering from a possible drug overdose and called for a medical evaluation before or maybe in route to booking, but that would entailed the suspect not resisting and riding along to the hospital, which Mr. Floyd clearly was not going to let them even put him in the unit and that was what caused his death. Resisting arrest almost always ends with the suspect being hurt or killed and usually for a small charge that certainly isn't worth it.

Now the rest of us are less protected than before, and will be that way for a long time, as almost no one in their right mind is going to want to be in law enforcement. If it continues to the conclusion that some would like to see, we will be back to the wild wild west with everyone packing heat and survival of the fittest. Is that what we want ? 

If only we could except responsibility for our own actions and stop blaming others for our short cummings, learn to face the fact when we get caught breaking the law that resisting is futile and will only make things worse, and stop blaming the police for doing their job because it interferes with our idea of how we want to live, will these altercations get better outcomes.

With Biden and company committing treasonous acts almost every month with no accountability and almost no way to stop them, I am greatly concerned for this country and the millions of people who have better sense than the "woke" left.

Many fought and died for this great nation and I can't believe what has happened to it in the last few years.  

I was surprised when Donald Trump actually won the election and even more surprised when he actually followed through and made America better, even if the left would have you believe otherwise. It also was apparent to me that he should have won a second term, but for a great cabal of leftist socialists, that highjacked the election.

Now they are in charge whether the rest of us like their ideas or not. Quit frankly most everything I see coming from them is tearing the country apart. Some things even seem to me as being      

                                                        TREASONISTIC.

How can any government implement programs and laws that clearly endanger the well being of the country they swore to support without an outcry from the people in general. This country is filled with good honest people that want what's best for all, no matter what political party they belong to but I hear nothing from anyone.

The only ones speaking out are the talking heads at Fox news and the guests they have on, but the only remedy they speak of is voting the left out of office in 2022, Is that our only hope !

Do politicians have some kind of immunity from prosecution if they commit crimes against the country ? Are they not held to the same standards as the rest of us ?

I hope someone can stop this madness before we lose what our founding fathers gave us.

Some of use still appreciate what you do, despite the few that need to work on their people skills.

No Respect !

The problem is not racism, it's lack of respect !

The lack of respect for law and the persons that enforce that law is the problem behind the suspect/officer confrontations that are ending in death for suspects.

Resisting arrest only gets another charge added to your record and almost never gets you free from prosecution, and some times you end up dead. Why is it that persons of color are the only ones who haven't learned that yet. Hispanics, Middle Eastern and all other racial sects have no problem when  

they get arrested by police, but some black persons just can't except the fact and try to escape and end up injured or dead, and there is always a bunch of people that want to blame the officer rather than see it for what it is and understand that resisting arrest does not end well for anybody and especially the suspect.

This comes from a segment of this society, inclusive of the whole culture, that was not taught to take responsibility for their own actions. Own It ! You reap the result whether good or bad from what you do.

Now our Government is rewarding these people for acting out, adding to the problem. If we ever hope to correct this a lot of people will have to look inward and realize that they are the reason for the problems in their lives and not someone else. This is a very hard thing to do and many won't even go there, instead they will continue to blame every other thing or person for their position in life, not understanding that it won't change until they except the fact and make changes in how they are handling their lives.

There are changes in law enforcement that could be implemented but you can't stop them from arresting law breakers or putting themselves in any more danger than they deal with on a daily basis.

One such example is the shooting in Columbus, Ohio. I grew up there and understand what the officers deal with daily. The officer was alone and was confronted with an "assault with a deadly weapon" in progress with several agitated people gathered around and before he could get control had to assess and make a life and death decision in 9 seconds to shoot or not, knowing he could not reach the assailant before she stabbed the other person to possibly wrestle the weapon away from her, or before anyone else joined in the altercation to cause even more injury or death.  The officer did exactly what he was trained to do, protect lives and get control of the situation! 

It's clear the young woman was angry and wasn't concerned with what her action was going to cause and now her family grieves and the officer is going to have to live with this fact for the rest of his life.

All because someone did something in anger without thinking it through. BE RESPONSABLE !

The problem !

 

Why the confrontations with Police ?

To start with there is a small faction of African/Americans, who for what ever reason, don't respect the rule of law and those that have to administer it. This faction has it's reasons and to a great extent they are valid and need addressed if we are ever to get to a level playing field.

This faction causes a unique set of problems that law enforcement has yet to address at the staffing level. That is, physical presence. 50 years ago you would be hard pressed to find a law enforcement officer shorter than 6 ft. and 250 lb. kind of football linebacker size, that had intimidation factor going for them but, due to the shortage of qualified personnel the standards were lowered to allow smaller people to enter the force.

These people, male or female, have a place in law enforcement but without the intimidation factor they are more apt to be involved in some type of physical confrontation with a subject that is bigger and stronger plus likely not to respect the uniform enough to allow them to be arrested without a fight, even ending in death at times. All the sensitivity training in the world will not stop this even though less than 1% of those that resist ever get away and even those get caught at a later date.

The obvious solution is to hire bigger people to the force but with the current sentiment of some of the country, nobody of any size, wants anything to do with law enforcement in the areas that need it most.

Defunding the police is not the answer, just as more sensitivity training won't help [ anyone who thinks that, should ride with one on a Fri. or Sat. night and see what they have to deal with] although some training could be used in evaluating a suspects health at time of arrest to determine if maybe they should pass by the E/R on the way to booking to be sure the suspect is not having some type of serious health event that would preclude incarceration.

What I've stated here is a small part of getting this problem under control but it is a necessary one.

What's the police to do ?

 

What would they have our police do ? 

They stop someone breaking the law, maybe just a minor violation, they treat them with some respect but have to place them under arrest and take them to booking.  

The next thing you know the suspect is fighting with the officer and could become a threat to him and the people around him if he doesn't control the situation.

Usually no one gets hurt and the suspect is delivered to jail to stand trial but remember, the officer HAS to effect that arrest because the subject now has committed a felony by resisting, on top of the original charge that could have been just a fine.

Unfortunately, some times it takes a lot to get the person arrested but the officer legally can use as much force as necessary to do this, including shooting said suspect. Remembering that the officer is responsible for his gun and the safety of all the people around them so depending on how big and strong the suspect is can cause the officer to take severe measures pretty fast.

The alternative is every time a suspect resists the officer just pat him on the back and say "sorry, catch you when your feeling better". Pretty absurd don't you think ?  People have to understand that if they don't resist the won't get hurt. That being said, I feel that a lot of this is the suspect thinking he can resist and get through the fight, live to sue for police brutality and get a big cash reward after the media plays it up as a racial situation.

This won't stop until the people breaking the law stop resisting when they get caught and take responsibility for their actions but as liberal as some of the courts have become I don't see that happening soon and the way the police are being treated they may very well stop trying to arrest anyone who resists for fear of reprisal.

           Train Your Police Officers BETTER !

First was George Floyd, although I still maintain that the submission technique used did not cause the death of Mr. Floyd, officer Chauvin used poor judgement with length of application and is now going to pay for his lack of proper training, but resisting arrest caused his death, and now the Floyd family gets to split $23,000,000 because the city is afraid of BLM and Antifa.

Second was Mr. Wright who was being arrested for a warrant of resisting arrest on another matter and of the 3 officers present, no one used proper procedure to effect a safe arrest as evident in the video from one officers body cam, and again, resisting arrest caused his death. 

As for the excuse that officer Potter could not tell the difference between a taser and her service weapon is shear B/S in my opinion and if she is unable to tell that difference under stress than she or anyone else has no business carrying a weapon because they are nothing alike and just the feel of the handle or the weight of either would tell you which you have in your hand plus the fact that she was looking right at it before she fired and while shouting Taser, Taser, Taser.

This tells me that the city and maybe a lot of cities, need to get a whole lot better at training their force because the old guard, well trained officers are quitting from lack of respect from the people they serve and now you have a new batch of people that don't understand it takes a certain mind set to be able to handle the responsibility that comes with that gun on your side and doing the job correctly.

 Lastly, as in 99 % of all these confrontations I have written about the last few years, as long as people resist there will be injury or death because the officer is mandated to make that arrest with whatever force necessary, up to and including deadly.

   STOP RESISTING  and you won't get hurt !
